Okay, so I weighed in last night and after having a successful week last week at weigh in, I knew it would be bad....I made the Great Harvest Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread on Sunday and ate WAY too much of it. Why do I do these things....I have a problem....and I gained 3 pounds . . also my time, so that usually makes me weigh more too...but, that shouldn't be an excuse. What is my problem, why can't I get my rear in gear and just loose the now 13 pounds I need to loose to get back to where I was in May?
I was up at 4:45 with Justin this morning and Todd was home from running at 5:30...I thought to myself that I should go work out, but I didn't do it...why? I have no answers....no enthusiasm...nothing, noda....
Any words of wisdom out there?

Well, for my first week at truely being back and couting, I gained...I was so good, but I continue counting my points and makeing WW meals.....tonight we are having sloppy joes (homemade) from a WW book...

Get in the groove!
Hi all,
does anyone read this anymore?
Well, I am back on track Day4. I was back at my Pre-Preggo weight in May and then we lost Mom and I went through times and gave up on my progress...
But now, I am no longer nursing Justin so I feel so much more free, like I can go out and workout..have more time for me. So, Todd and I have worked out a plan. He works out first (5am) and I work out at 6:00 am...for a 1/2 hour MWF. On T TH I walk with a girlfriend and I might do a tape here at the house or take Justin for a walk.
We went to a super Wally world this last weekend and stocked up on low pt goodies for me. Weight Watcher items...and I am kick starting my week with some frozen meals....they are spendy, but easy to get me back on track I hope.
I also work for WW, and we had a staff meeting yesterday. I was inspired by my peers. I will try to keep this up to date weekly. I joined a competition also with the Staff. For every pound I loose till the end of October, my boss will donate $1 to a charity. (This is also going on at your local WW but on a national level). WW will donate up to 1 million dollars to a hungry food project.

2.2 gone
I weighed in last night and lost another 2.2 pounds...yahoo. I had a few weeks of staying the same, so I took 2 points away (I was close to the next 25 pound mark) and it worked....now I am in the next level down...

Prego Goal Acheived
Well, last week I finally hit my pre-pregnancy weight - Finally!
So, now I am working out 3 days a week at home and trying to get an hour walk in M-F with my friend here in town. Since Wednesday night I have stayed on plan and journaled every day faithfully. I am really hoping to see results again. Another 10 or 15 pound loss would be great!

30 pounds
I worked last night at WW and it was great. Justin came with me for the first 40 or so minutes and really took to some of the ladies there, so I had built in baby-sitters...Then the leader took him while more people showed up and then Todd came and got him. It was a great time....and I lost another 2.2 on top of it all.
My new total is 30.8.....only 2.4 pounds to go to get to pre-prego....

another loss
I weighed in today at WW and I have lost another 1.2 pounds since my last weigh in (Feb. 13th). Being gone at Mom & Dad's and then not being good here when I got home, I was sure I had gained, so I was glad for the loss.
I am at a total of 28.4. I have 4.6 pounds till I hit my pre-prego weight...

28 pounds to date
I haven't weighed in for 2 weeks - since we were sick here. I lost another 2.8 pounds, bringing my total to 28.0. I have 5 more to go to get to my pre-prego weight and I would love to loose another 15 to 25 before we try for baby #2.
I guess being ill for a while helps with the weight loss, now I just need to keep my journal (my struggle with WW).

at least it was a loss
So, I decided to go ahead and go weigh in...I lost .1 - - better than nothin'. I am back "on" today. I haven't been drinking my water, so I need to get working on that. I am much better if there is flavored water to drink...maybe I will make some of that up.

To weigh or not to weigh
Well, today is weigh in day. It is early morning and I am just not looking forward to a weigh in day. Probably because I think it has been 3 weeks since I weighed last. I did weigh in right before Christmas and had lost .3 pounds. I weighed at home last week and looked like I had remained the same, but have fallen off with counting points daily, so I know I need to go and get my head back in the game.

Trying to Post again
Ok, so I have not posted since I tried WW many months ago and then fell off the band wagon. In October of 2007 I decided I would try again and this time I would not get discouraged and NOT give up. I have made pretty steady progress over the last 10 weeks. I am down 20 lbs and only 6 more to go to my goal weight with WW. I plan to get about 10 lbs under my WW goal. Keep up the good work for those of you reading this and trying to lose.
